thanks for the info regarding xanadu, @pinoywatcher. i like to share my one-time experience with gaybars, pero either nagsara na ito o lumipat na ng location (buti na lang nagsara). the name of the now-defunct gaybar is "dakila" along recto.
ReplyDelete(-) the entrance fee was unreasonably priced
(-) the macho dancers there acted like hustlers who manipulate and pester ("nangungulit") their customers in giving them money
(-) there's a "sex scene" on the stage wherein the macho dancers faked their "bj act" and "anal act"... and in order for the "sex scene" to continue, the customers must pay. (in this case, the scenes were done in bad taste, the customers didn't shell out their money, thus ending the "sex scene" abruptly.)
(-)in summary, i didn't like my experience with this gaybar. i do hope i may hear more comments about gaybars here.
@pinoywatcher, is this the right forum for experiences with bath houses like epitome, fahrenheit, club bath, etc.?

@ tom - thanks for sharing! did not even hear about that 'dakila' bar (good for us, i suppose! hearing your horror story). i suppose for bath houses, pinoySPAwatching is the more appropriate forum. thanks!

Deleteenjoy ako sa dreamboyz bar, nung nanood ako me contest paunahang pumutok, nakuha pa kong judge, hiningan lang ako donation para sa mananalo, nagbigay naman ako 500, me limang macho dancer na nag jakol sa stage, yung nanalo kakatayo pa lang sa stage nilabasan agad, yung isa matatapos na yung kanta, saka lang nilabasan, sakin tumama lahat ng tamod nasa harap kasi ako

ReplyDeletebeen in Dreamboyz before.. it was weekdays wherein konti lng ang customers. was scared since its my first time but mananged to enjoy the show. wla nga lang putukan, but merong all the way. just sayaw/giling lang sa stage pero matitigas..

I also enjoyed reading all the messages in this blog specially to Markji....suki ka pala ng dreamboys bar..sama mo naman ako minsan...
My only experienced before was that in Avenida, I visited that gaybar twice, mga bata ang MD nila tapos lahat nag all the way...kaya lang sarado na ata....
I liked the MD na nakatable ko, parang Gary name nya...it was also my first time. Gary invited me don sa may table na medyo madilim. Since it was my first time, medyo na shock nga ako kc when he kissed me, me beer pala yong mouth nya, so the beer was transferred into my mouth. In my mind, ganito pala yon....hehehehe.....then i invited him to go out, nag sogo kami after the show....

I also have an experience b4, Gay Bar along Avenida in Sta. Cruz, I forgot the name kasi matagal na yon and i visited that place twice only but i could not forget my experience kc it was my first time...ako lang isa at medyo kina kabahan pa....hehehehe
At that time, ang naka table ko ay si Gary (parehas kami ng name...hehehehe), almost all MDs were young at nag all the way sila...Gary invited me don sa table na medyo madilim....then maya maya he kissed me, tapos yon pala his mouth has a beer, so when we kissed each other, na transfer yong beer nya sa bibig ko....medyo nagulat din ako, kasi nga firtst time...then i thought to myself ganito pala yon....hehehe...i like gary so i invited him to go out after the show, pumayag naman sya kaya nag sogo kami.....

ReplyDeleteI went to Machete KTV Bar along Baclaran area with some friends. First time ko sa gantong Bar and I have to say na ayos naman dito. Yung mga Dancer's nila lahat may itsura. I've heard comments na the bar must be re-named from a Gay Bar to a Girly bar dahil dami nila guest na girls gawa yung mga MD's nga ang gu-gwapo. There's one guy who caught my eye yung si Mr. Personality Joem or Joed yata yung name nya. Mahiyain ako so I didn't strike any conversation with anyone -observe observe lang ako.
